All online purchases are confirmed by email. When ordering a gift card online, one can choose between in-store pick-up or free delivery by Canada Post. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. In most instances, standard delivery for gift cards within BC will be within 3 business days. For orders outside of BC or Canada please allow for more time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hair appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $100. Thank you for your understanding.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds on merchandise purchased will be issued with a valid receipt.
